What is ATILIM 60+?

 

ATILIM 60+ is a special program designed for people over 60 years old who want to stay active, healthy, and confident through safe and enjoyable martial arts training. Based on the principles of ATILIM WingTsun®, this program focuses on gentle movements, balance, coordination, and practical self-defense – adapted to the needs of seniors.

 

The training is not about speed or brute strength. Instead, ATILIM 60+ develops natural reflexes, awareness, and simple defensive skills that can be used in everyday life. At the same time, the exercises improve mobility, posture, circulation, and overall fitness – helping participants feel stronger, more energetic, and more secure in their daily routines.

 

Classes are held in a friendly, supportive, and respectful environment, where everyone trains at their own pace.
