ATILIM AssistantSeminar Conducted

ATILIM keeps new instructor nominees updated on how to manage their responsibilities while representing ATILIM family in their environment.

Sifu AKIN conducted an online AsistantSeminar on "Organization Management" and informed ATILIM Assistants on business aspects of teaching martial arts. In this regard, he underlined the importance of being professional while keeping the family atmosphere in ATILIM family.

Among the participants were ATILIM Representatives and instructors in Netherlands, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Poland and Belgium.

Sifu AKIN is conducting an Assistant Seminar each month to improve the capacity of ATILIM instructors for a highly qualified teaching standards since the beginning of 2022.
